Ensoku – Deserving Worldwide Attention

Rarely will my mouth hang open in disbelief. I’m too jaded. This photograph of the visual kei band Ensoku with the nightmare Disneyesque theme did not make my jaw drop. But their music video did.

I’m not sure if this is brilliant, but I had a smile on my face the whole time while watching their video. It’s great to make an entire song out of a utilitarian object. You’d think four words repeated over and over would not be enough to have a killer song. You’d be wrong. Here is This is a Pen.
